Transport from the airport
Participants are asked to make their own travel arrangements. From the airport, the National Technical Library is reached by bus or taxi.
- By bus: the buses line 119 that travel from the Airport leave approximately every 10-20 minutes from bus station terminal 1 (Airport Ruzyně) and stop next to the entry to subway (the line A terminus “Dejvická”). The schedule is app. 04:00 to 23:30, the way lasts app. 25 min. The transfer ticket has a surcharge of 26 CZK. You can use also the special bus line AE linka (Airport Express) that ends at the subway - the line A terminus “Dejvická”(30 CZK).
- By taxi: we recommend you to take a taxi with the official licence that can be found immediately outside the terminal 1 building (Airport Ruzyně). They take about 10 minutes to arrive to Dejvice.

Transport from the central station
From the central station use subway - red line C in the direction of „Háje“; in the station „Muzeum“ change to green line A and follow to the terminus „Dejvická“.
Transport from the bus station
From the bus station Florenc use subway - red line C in the direction of „Háje“; in the station „Muzeum“ change to green line A and follow to the terminus „Dejvická“.
Transport to the city centre
Travelling to the centre is easy and convenient, usualy by subway (line A, three stations to „Staroměstská“ and five stations to „Muzeum“). There are two kinds of tickets: all-day ticket is valid for 24 hours and single-trips ticket for 60 minutes after its validation in the stamping device in a tram or bus or at the time of entry into the transit area. The tickets are valid in all kinds of public transportation - underground, bus or tram. They can be purchased in the selfcheck automats, at some underground stations, official tobacconist shopes and some newspaper kiosks.

Other useful information
