BigBlueButton
BigBlueButton (BBB) is an open-source platform used at NTK for teleconferences, saved on an internal server, customized, and used for consultations, webinars, and other meetings. The tutorial below introduces the interface, describing how to log in, logout, and communicate with others.
BBB and NTK
- To join a webinar, consultation, or other meeting, you will usually receive a link via email. Click the link to join the session.
- You don’t have to download any app; the video conference room will open directly in your web browser.
- It works best with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. You can use a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or mobile phone, but with a mobile phone, the viewing options are limited.
- If there are audio problems, try to “leave meeting” and join again.
