Publishing the results of one’s research is a substantial and often compulsory part of every researcher’s career. The very first article might present a great challenge. In this webinar, we would like to share our experience as researchers and editors with academic writing as well as the entire publication process.

Who should participate?

This webinar is designed for graduate students and early-career researchers who are beginning to write for publication and are new to the process. It is, however, open to everyone interested in academic writing and publishing.

What topics will be covered?

We will focus on the following:

  • Key aspects of the academic publication process
  • How to choose a suitable academic journal
  • Tips for writing and submitting a research article for publication
  • Freely available resources (guides, tools, and checklists)

Materials:

Slides and other presented materials will be available in NTK Moodle for Early-Career Researchers .

The webinar will be conducted using ZOOM software.
