Pre-registration
Please fill out the form below and then come to the library in person within 30 days to complete the process.
After you finish pre-registering, you can add the registration fee amount to your library financial account (100 Kč/year or 50 Kč/6 months; students, unemployed, seniors over 65 years, and disabled pensioners receive a 50% discount). There is no fee for members of the CTU, CULS, IOCB, and UCT communities with valid IDs.
When processing personal data, the Library is acting in accordance with Czech legal regulations, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EP and of the Council of 27 April 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons in regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and the Integrated Library Rules), and with the Internal Directive No. 2/2018 of the Director of the NTK.
